Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in Pinterest Skool. They explain how the membership works and what to expect from us and from you.

Pinterest Skool is an independent educational community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc. and is used here only to describe the platform we teach about. The Pinterest Skool community is hosted on Skool; Pinterest Skool is not operated by Skool.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and ("Pinterest Skool," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in Pinterest Skool, accessing the community, or using any of our tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use Pinterest Skool.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. No Affiliation with Pinterest
Pinterest Skool is an independent educational community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc. and is used here only to describe the platform we teach about.
The Pinterest Skool community is hosted on the Skool platform. Pinterest Skool is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Skool.
3. Memberships and Billing
Pinterest Skool offers two membership plans:
- Standard: $7 per month.
- Premium: $33 per month.
Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis through Skool and its payment processors until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice; any change after you enroll applies only to future billing cycles.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your membership at any time from your Skool account. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
5. Account and Community Rules
You agree to keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
When participating in the community, you agree to:
- Treat other members and our team with respect.
- Not spam, harass, or disrupt the community.
- Not share or resell your login access or member-only materials.
We may remove or suspend members who break these rules, with or without notice, in order to protect the community.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Course materials, templates, tools, and other member-only content are licensed to you for your own personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them.
You keep full ownership of the pins, posts, and other content you create. By sharing your work inside the community (for example, in Pinterest Games or the Group Board), you grant other members a limited license to save and share that work as part of those activities.
7. AI Tools
Pinterest Skool includes AI tools, including the Pinterest Agent, Pin Traffic Ninja, Carousel Engine, ScrubAI, and Pin Flow. Outputs from these tools are suggestions and may contain errors or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you publish as a result of using them.
ScrubAI is designed to remove supported hidden metadata from images before you share them. It does not guarantee complete removal of all metadata, and you remain responsible for what you choose to publish.
8. Pinterest Games, Group Board, and Small Business Weekend
Participation in Pinterest Games, the Pinterest Skool Group Board, and Small Business Weekend is subject to the participation rules posted in the community for each activity.
When you pin or share content as part of these activities, you remain responsible for following Pinterest's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as any applicable laws. Pinterest Skool is not responsible for how Pinterest treats your content or account.
9. Affiliate Program
The Pinterest Skool affiliate program is open to Standard and Premium members. As an affiliate, you can earn a 40% recurring monthly commission on the members you refer, for as long as those referred members stay active and enrolled.
Affiliates must not spam, make misleading claims, or promote Pinterest Skool in a way that could damage its reputation. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship as required by the FTC and other applicable laws. We may change, suspend, or end the affiliate program at any time.
10. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific traffic, sales, followers, or income from Pinterest Skool. Results depend on your effort, your audience, your niche, and many other factors outside our control. Any testimonials or member wins shared in the community reflect individual results and are not a promise of what you will experience.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Pinterest Skool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the community, tools, or content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinterest Skool and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pinterest Skool.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms and Contact Info
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Pinterest Skool after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
